It has been 12 months since we closed le cru and concentrated on developing a wholefoods business focussing on some of Nushie's fabulous dishes she created for le cru.

A lot has happened since...

Firstly, we decided to name the business Nushie's Natural. Quite easy really after all Nush is the creator of these delicious products. We then selected 2 ranges to concentrate on. The fabulous Non Dairy, Low GI, Gluten Free, No Preservatives, Vegan Ice Cream.. made from Cashew Nuts and Coconut Milk. We now have 5 flavours
Vanilla
Strawberry
Chocolate
Royal Green Tea and
Truly Decadent Tiramisu

Of course it is not really ice cream as it has no dairy in it, we registered the Trade Mark Nushie's Natural Ice Creamery. If you had it at the restaurant you will know just how creamy and fabulous it tastes. We think it tastes better than ice cream. It certainly is Guilt Free Indulgence! Nushie's Natural has no refined sugar or fat from milk and cream.

The second range are the dry goods featuring Nushie's Buckwheat Granola, Chia crackers and Flaxseed crackers. As you would expect all handmade and dehydrated so as to retain the benefits of the fabulous super seed ingredients.

All our products are Australian Certified Organic, save for the Tiramisu ice cream, as we cannot locate a local organic sherry.

Secondly, we have appointed distributors in Melbourne and Sydney and we can be found in approximately 70 stores (see stocklist at http://www.nushiesnatural.com.au). Our products can also be purchased on line from stockists liste don our web site and we are featured on the menu of one of Melbourne's best restaurants The European.

We are soon about to launch a 90ml "dixie" cup ice cream. Initially aimed at the health network, it will go into the Epworth Hospital network as a desert option for patients, the dixies will be available in the Thomas dux stores and other health groceries in Melbourne and Sydney before being marketed to other sources.
